1.Each dog is treated with Patience, Kindness, Understanding & Respect.

2.All fees must be paid in full at drop off. No refunds for early pick ups.

3.Reschedules, not refunds, for Days Missed;  Rainy days rescheduled.

4.No Additional Charge for administering medication or supplements

5.No Additional Charge for Home Made Healthy, Human Food added to every meal your dog has at camp. We do accommodate restricted diets.

6.Daycare credits cannot be used against sleepover fees.

7.Staff/dog ratio: One Experienced, Loving Staff person/per up to 5 dogs

8.ALL policies are determined by what is BEST for each individual dog – some dogs need laps – others need mental challenges & exercise; and all dogs need 24/7 TLC!

9.We do not use any toxic cleaners – we use vinegar, lemon and water.

10.We do not use any fake grass (most often loaded with toxic chemicals) on our property.

11.We use organic shampoo and sanitized tools for all grooming.

12.We are committed to doing everything possible to help each dog become confident, centered, healthy dogs, free to express their unique personality and amazing gifts.
